Your Shipping Information is Important
We’re here to remind you about some important shipping information that you should keep in mind when placing orders. It’s your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, zip code and phone number at checkout.
If this information is not correctly provided, there’s a chance that the shipment may be returned to sender. Unfortunately, MÚK does not have a returned to sender channel to resend packages that are returned due to incorrect details. In these cases, the package will likely be lost and not delivered back to us. Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds in the case of unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect shipping information and a new order would need to be placed.
However, if you have placed an order and noticed that there is missing or incorrect information, please contact us at support@mukwear.com as soon as possible so that we can update your info.
